Deathet of QuelThalas solos Terestian Illhoof in Karazhan.
Not one of the harder bosses to solo. Simply dps on Illhoof, Pestilence to his adds and Blood Boil. They die from like 2 hits. Heart strike will kill off Kil'Rek easily giving you a bit more damage on Illhoof while he's down. Don't focus on Kil'rek though just go for Illhoof, makes it a lot faster and easier!
