The only way to stop touts is to make touting illegal and actually enforce the law. My husband is the biggest Greenday fan and was sat at the computer at 10am. The only seats left were at the back. Within a couple of hours there are loads of Greenday tickets on Ebay and Play.com etc. So unfair, he now either has to pay four times the price or miss the band he has been waiting years to see.
